Doctor referred, Dean Lovvorn has done investigations for hospitals, schools (public and private), USAA, KERA TV, CBS, Costco, Uhaul and more.

Dean was asked by the National Center for Healthy Housing to speak before the hearing board of the International Code Council (ICC) on the subjects of mold, lead-based paints, and carbon monoxide. The ICC sets building code recommendations used by foreign countries and U.S. cities and states.  

He was also the lead inspector for the South Dallas Super Fund investigation done by the Dallas Morning News.

Dean studied with Mold and Bacteria Consulting Laboratories in fungal spore identification using microscopes.  He has also taken mold courses with the EPA and CDC.

His resume includes being an instructor for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency teaching others in the DFW area.

Memberships include the National Safe and Healthy Housing Coalition, The Federal Interagency Committee on Indoor Air Quality and many other associations.
